We only have 8 months left to deal with this machine. Replaced the laser with a Hytec rebuild a year and a half ago. unplugged sort, fax, print, adf pwbs with no change. suspect MCU pwb or Laser. Ever seen this?

I haven't had this but I know we had a lot of weird problems due to the right hand door warping/not closing properly and causing issues with the xfer unit. If you have another unit swap the doors out to see what it does.

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
