AR5132 RADF Fold corner

When the paper comes to the glass (duplex mode) it get caught in between the fixing plate & the glass
(which cause the fold),sim 53-2 (adjust position of the original) cannot fix my prob.

Anyone seen this before(i know it's kind of old) your help would be greatly appreciate.

If I'm reading this correctly have you taken it apart and cleaned the one-way gears on the drive section? There are 3 of them. Most problems I have fixed with this and reseting the sensors in sim 53 after cleaning them. There are 3 of these also, the mirrors pick up a lot of dust and I clean them everytime I go on a call.

In the exit section of the adf there is a solenoid that runs the gate for duplexing the original. Clean & adjust this to the farthest position so it has as much throw as possible.

The platen glass on those models have only one perfectly square edge that is supposed to go up against the stopper plate. The other three edges have a 45 degree bevel in them and if any of these edges are placed against the stopper, it can create a wedged paper situation upon paper transport back tothe stopper during duplex runs.
