Have you tried calibrating the scanner with a SIT chart?
Where the heck is my spring hook?

To increase the scanned density for Image Send/Scan, adjust Sim 46-08.

Make the following setting change for RGB

A: Adj Low Density point from 50 to 65 (Low density is made lower).

B: Adj High Density point from 50 to 1 (High density is increased).

      This will help big-time. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thank you blackcat4866, I know this bulletin about this settings, but it is
a little bit better, but it stills very bad against the copy quality.

And Nachoman4life, I have this problem also on my machine in the office and this
machine is new, and I have never used the SIT chart.
Is this calibration necessary when I install a new machine?

The SIT chart is recommended but not necessary/required. It is very pricey and has a short shelf life so if you do not have a lot of color machines it may not be worth it.

          Good luck.

I obtain a SIT chart at afternoon and calibrate the scanner.
Regrettably it looks not better than before.
