[CQ] mx503n unusual marks on back of page

this is a mono machine with over a million on the clock

i have uploaded a sample of what its doing. i have circled the marks on the sample for you to see clearly.
these marks are on the back of nearly every single page when doing a large booklet and its the same mark at the exact same place every single print. single prints are ok. this is happening single and double sided. sometimes the marks are lighter and sometimes bit darker.

i have replaced te drum, blade, charge kit, developer and transfer roller kit. fuser looks good and still getting the same problem.

the rollers on the finisher exit were changed when a fellow engineer misdiagnosed the fault. they do look like smudges.

    any ideas??

Do a panic stop and see if the marks are present on the drum. The foamy look indicates it could be the transfer roller, though I do note you said you replaced it. Did you replace it with a brand new one or a used one from a parts machine?

Yes it was with a brand new transfer roller and still same marks. Marks are on the back of the page

Did you replace the transfer roller as in the one that comes in the kit or use a whole new unit? Have had issues with just the roller. Replacing the whole unit resolved CQ issues.

If you look at your scan under magnification, you have a residual image above the defect you circled. They are very faint but it appears to be text of some sort:
            File.jpg
I would be looking at the fuser at this point.

That text is on the other side of copy. It just shows up when scanned.

Are the marks by chance on the underside of the doc feed above the platen glass? Try turning down your exposure.

Then see the above comments regarding your transfer roller.

Its was the kit. Might try the whole unit

That's my suggestion too. Emergency stop the machine several times to see exactly where the anomalies are coming from. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

if the mark is at the exact same place on every print then it cant be a roller. If its on prints only it cant be optics.
I thought that maybe the paper had a fault which only showed after its been through the machine.
                          Stranger things have happened.
