    5334

Have not work on this machine more then 5 years, but you can replace fuser and pressure roll for about one hour.

Remove top cover with oil web, then remove heater lamp, fuser roll and then pressure roll.

    Be careful with fingers.

Also make sure you get the correct rollers. The 5028 family rollers will fit but will cause wrinkling. One hour is about right for the first time. If the fuser is cold and you have done a few then about 30 minutes.
And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

          The Xerox number are:

          Heat Roller 22K20701
          Pressure Roller 22K49630

Sheesh, sadly enough, I replaced so many of those rollers that even after 9 years, I still remember the number...LOL

Super simple to change... I worked on them for years...i can change both in under 15 min. After removing upper fuser roll, you remove pressure roll assembly by lifting and moving toward right(toward transfer assembly). Then remove the pressure roll shaft(might as well replace it, bearings lock and score shaft). Bearing is pressed into end of pressure roll.
