    Xerox 5655 Exit Curl

We have one 5655 at a client that has a lot of curl when it exits the standard finisher. We have tried new paper, fuser, etc.

Any ideas how to calm down the curl on this beast? Other 5655 units we service are fine.

    Thanks

Did you double check the exit rollers? I believe these had a habit of turning to mush. Good luck.

There is a de-curl kit for these machines. It involves replacing the inversion unit with one that has a decurl roller instead of the rubber exit rollers. You have to replace the right side cover that is included in the kit also. Let me know if you need the part number.
