The belt is new, frankly I do not observe any particular hopping, but I want to move the motor downwards just to give more pressure to the belt and consequently to all the carriage.
Now I do, I'll let you know...

    update.
the engine can't be moved much, but it didn't help to move it.
there is a vibration on the belt but nothing excessive, I find it normal.

is there one thing I would like to ask, is the top bushing simply inserted into the carriage niche without anything else? there is no stabilizer such as a spring?
from the manual I don't see any information about it, and I would not like that the first time I disassembled it I had lost something ...

No, there is no spring. It just sort of floats in that slot.

Dear guys, thank you all for the support.
The problem is solved ... and the story, for the moment, it seems over ..

I thought about it a lot, this morning I tried to insert some shims in the tensioner springs, and 86:01 went away.
Really strange, but these are the facts.
The belt is aftermarket, like original oem, but obviously it has a problem of length or resistance.
I inserted about 5mm of thickness to increase the tension of the belt, the vibrations are very low, and again you can see that in the inversion of the movements the tensioner works a lot.
Now I will test the plotter, but I am confident that the problem is solved.

How many times it happens that the solution is always the simplest ..., I think you happen to think the same way.
But sometimes we get lost in difficult paths.
The important thing is to have solved the matter, now I can go on vacation more relieved ..
        One more week to job.

Good weekend at all, thanks very much!!
        Massimo.

          Congratulations Massimo. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
