Was it doing this before the belt and encoder strip change?

In your image, was the carriage travel up and down? Meaning the image is turned 90 degrees from the way it came out of the printer?

If you print any of the internal prints does it happen?

Yes, this is 90 degrees print. In Internal prints it makes doubled image. I am attaching enlarged part of the print internal demo page. The problem appeared after the belt holder toward the carriage was broken. All broken parts are mend and has no error messages, but it prints in bad quality

How was the old belt? Did you clean the shaft on the motor off? If there is old bits of the belt stuck to it, it won't be round and will cause similar problems.

That was my thought too. The timing pulley will pack full of rubber dust, so the teeth don't engage with the timing pulley teeth. I think I have a photo ... :

"Timing pulley".. that's a good name for it. The T2300 pulley doesn't have the same teeth; the grooves run around it and not parallel with the shaft. But I think the same problem can exist.

And what does "mend" mean... did you fix the broken parts or replace them?

Whats the ribbon cable look like? If the mechanical things like BlackCat mentioned have been checked, seems those images could be caused by something digital. Could there be a flaw or crack in the ribbon cable messing with the signal?

Maybe reseat the memory just in case.

Are you sure you have the belt routed through the carriage correctly? It's easy to get it wrong. Make sure if you hold the belt, that you can't move the carriage independent of the belt.

Are you sure you have the belt installed correctly? Make sure the longitudinal grooves are going around the motor.

Maybe take some pictures so we can see the belt orientation.

I use a dental pick to clean the rubber from that motor gearing.
