Lexmark MS811 fuser exit sensor

Is it possible to get parts for the fuser unit? I see the parts book just shows the whole fuser.

Have 1 jamming at the fuser like the exit sensor may have a problem. Doesn't jam all the time though.

It did have a redrive error code. We replaced the upper redrive motor and the fuser motor.

Order the fuser then send the old one back using the Lexmark warranty scheme.

We put in a refurb unit with new other OEM parts we got from 1 of our aftermarket suppliers. Has about 145,000 on the fuser.


I think it has a 6 month warranty on it- been longer than 6 months but not a year. 1st time we've had any issues with them.
