    Just out of warranty. They were Oklahoma Military Dept....

    they junked the copier? those are fairly new models. if you are a lexmark dealer i would even say most likely the parts are still under warranty. though purchase date is a factor. but i guess it's still the customers call, especially if it's not under a maintenance contract.

    Turns out that when I took a closer look at the Cyan developer cartridge there was little developer in it. At $1200 ea customer decided to junk machine. Good since not sure what caused the problem.....

    Wow On the small machines you can put the dev units in wrong and get this kind of result. Cx517. Dont get distracted!

    Appreciate you guys. I will give that a shot, Calibrating and Developer and toner. Going back Thursday and I will let ya know... I have also seen people put waste toner in toner cart. Seems like that type of issue. Again THANKS !!!

    I'd start with a new cyan developing unit/toner cartridge.

    The cyan parts of the image look composite black, like somebody dumped the waste toner bottle into the cyan toner cartridge.

    Not even sure where to begin on this. Black and white works fine. Problem appears to be mainly cyan. (Pic Attached) The developers are all loaded correctly. I can make the copy lighter and darker but all look like this. Swapped the photoreceptors. Any idea's where to go from here would be very helpful Thanks so much !!!
