    minor setback

    While I have been out on disability for 8 months now, my access to MKM has been suspended.
    I no longer have access to any newer files or solutions at this time.
    I apologize in advance that I can not assist in that arena anymore for the time being.
    Once all my pending surgeries are complete and run through therapy I am confident I will be able to rejoin the konica family.
    We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

      Take care of yourself and get well. You've always stepped up to the plate when folks needed help. Now is the time to concentrate on your health.

          8 months! That's a long stretch without income.

          Take care. We're all rooting for you! =^..^=
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

              Sorry to hear. I didn't know anything was wrong all these months. You have continued to help others like nothing was wrong. Hope you get your health back soon and put it behind you. Health comes first because without it nothing else matters!

              In meantime if there is anything from the Kon/Min dealer website you need PM me and I will provide to you.

                          i just cant see having all this insight and experience wasted and i obviously like giving back.
                          gonna need a big ban stick to get rid of me
