    Bizhub C250 double imaging

I have a Bizhub C250 that has been doulble imaging down the page and it does it in all colors. I replaced the fuser assembly and that worked for two days and now it is back and worse than before. I increadsed the fuser temp by 5 for both the hot and pressure roller and it still has not made a difference. I am kind of at a loss at this one. I have inspected the transfer belt and all of the drums and do not see a problem.

    Any help out there?

Do you have the fuser in envelope mode?

Check the green tabs on the front and rear sides, make sure they are up and not down.

Also check your 2nd transfer roller. I've seen the newer series (c203-353) have those fail and produce symptoms that look pretty much the same as a failed fuser. Led me down the garden path too. Had 1 case of it with a c250 iirc.

        Regards!

Ok I am embarrased the fuser was in envelope mode and I will admit that I missed that in my haste to repair this machine. The original problem was not fusing on one side and it was not in envelope mode so I didn't even look at that. Thanks for your help.
