20221111_143919.jpgHello group, has anyone had any problems with the transfer belt module? The image is distorted when transferring to paper... I have already ruled out everything and have come to the conclusion that the transfer module is bent but I don't know if this has happened to anyone

    thanks

Looks more like a trapezoid to me.
Reset and perform the both sides adjustment with a nice clear scale (ruler)
I saw no sign of physical damage on the pattern.
    Just looks all skewed up
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

A simpler (easier to explain) possibility is a paper skew.

It could be happening from only a single tray, or all the trays. The hard part in diagnosing a paper skew is that it can happen anywhere from pickup to the registration roller (and anything in-between).

I think I'd start by testing all the trays to determine if it's just one tray or paper size having the issue. To narrow it down, I think I would key the front door, then emergency stop the machine several times to see when the skew is starting. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

If either transfer belt unit was bent, you would for sure get belt runoff error codes. This model is notorious for second transfer belt errors as it is.
