And President Trump is not having having daily sessions in front of news reporters to tell everyone to wear masks. California's governor Gavin Newsom does. Usually without wearing a mask himself.

Oh by the way, when and where was this picture taken. For all we now it could have been back when Trump first start running for President. Long before SARS-CoV-2.
