It is illegal to vote more than once in an election.

Trump has made countless false statements about the security of voting by mail ahead of the election as much of the country braces for an increase of voters who opt for mail-in ballots during the coronavirus pandemic.

now what really can come into play there, is the 1st ballot a mail-in vote a signature gathered at an Assisted Living Center for dementia patients ? IF the people are slimy like I covered in previous posts ...what are we supposed to think?

What prevents someone from voting absentee and then voting again in-person?
If someone has voted an absentee ballot and then shows up to vote in person, the check-in system will alert the poll worker that the person has already voted. Enjoy your day Facts Matter
