LOL! How quickly you forget about 2020 when Republicans flipped 15 seats in the House! It was the 'Blue Wave that Wasn't!" LOL!

Also, how quickly you forget about the Census! The Census Bureau announced that 7 House seats will shift as a result of the 2020 Census, many moving to Republican-leaning states and exiting states that tend to vote Democrat.

All that matters is that the war is over! All of the rest is just sand in the winds of Afghanistan, the graveyard of Empires.

The USA now has the opportunity to better redeploy a tremendous amount of economic and military resources elsewhere in the world.

Too bad we left a tremendous miilitary resources there. Now if we have to go back for any reason we wont know who the enemy is or if it is us.

(CNN)The US military negotiated a secret arrangement with the Taliban that resulted in Taliban members escorting groups of Americans to the gates of the Kabul airport as they sought to escape Afghanistan, according to two defense officials.

One of the officials also revealed that US special operations forces set up a "secret gate" at the airport and established "call centers" to guide Americans through the evacuation process.

The officials said Americans were notified to gather at pre-set "muster points" close to the airport where the Taliban would gather the Americans, check their credentials and take them a short distance to a gate manned by American forces who were standing by to let them inside amid huge crowds of Afghans seeking to flee.

This may sound harsh to some but this is exactly the way that I see it:


When Biden gave up control of Bagram and turned down the offer from the Taliban for control of the airport, he may as well have put a bullet thru the head of the soldiers. And the families feel the same way as do a majority of the people.
