I tried to tell you guys that Trump has changed the country for decades to come because he remade the high court. I suspect Roe v. Wade is destined to the ash heap.

Not really. And the Arizona fauxdit is a BIG ball of nothing.
Eventually you will have to admit out loud what you already know in your head, trump lost.

And I guess women's right to vote is next? What's after that?

This may come as a shock to you but I don't subscribe to your liberal doctrine. I don't agree with your stance on abortion and many other of your favorites. And you don't even live in this country.

                Texas elections are very confusing!

                Important Election Dates 2021-2022

I am sure it is intended to be that way.

I think the next election there might be Nov 2 2021. Voters will decide if Gov Abbott (R) is just right or way too much!

One thing about the 25th Amendment, it does not remove the sitting President. It allows the Vice President to assume the duties of President. The Vice President remains the Vice President. They cannot choose a replacement for the office of Vice President. That is why there are now talks among Democrats of impeaching President Biden. If impeached and convicted they can then select a new Vice President.

As for bsm2 saying they have to wait 7 more years, his math in off. The nest Presidential election is just over 3 years way and the next Congressional election is just over 1 year away. Should the Republicans win control of both houses of Congress they can then impeach and convict both Biden and Harris. Then the Speaker will become President and the Republican controlled Senate will select a Vice President. One other little obscure fact, the House is not required to select one of their members as Speaker. They could pick a private citizen like maybe Donald Trump.

I don't see it falling but I do see it being used to shutdown Planned Parenthood.

The Supreme Court might start to hear some sabre rattling about expanding the bench by Democrats.

The last several positions on the Supreme Court were stolen from the Democrats by the Republicans. One, Chief Justice RBG, died.

Believe me, we have regressive politicians who are anti-choice here too. People who think women aren't capable enough to make decisions about their own bodies.
