Re: Gun Control
So every single gun control ammendendment went down in flames a couple of days ago.. it seems that even if "90%" of the american public wants higher restrictions on gun control, they don't want it done via changing or removing the 2nd ammendment...Proof positive that the needs/wants of the few, still don't outway the needs/wants of the many...If the 2nd ammendment is to be changed then it's gonna have to be done the old fashioned way...75% of the states ratifying it..god bless america..Let the states impose their own rules on gun sales and ownership if they can get them passed through the state system...I think this is a definate blow to the criminal element...makes up for the recent south Florida incident where a K-9 hit on a residents property and they arrested the guy for growing or making drugs..Since Florida classifies it's K-9s as law enforcement officers, the dealer got out of the charges by stating that the "law enforcment officer" had no search warrent and the FLorida judicial system agreed with him. Since we refuse to put criminals away for their offenses, at least we can keep our guns to defend against them..BTW the Boston idiots/terrorists used pressure cookers to make their bombs...I think the next law we should try to pass is to outlaw pressure cookers..EmujoIf you don't see your question answered in the forum, please don't think it's OK to PM me for a personal reply...I do not give out firmware and/or manuals.Comment

Not sure why you deam this "outrageous"..not a slur to the poor innocents that were murdered and injured by these 2 wastes of human flesh...It's more a comment to the knee jerk reactions we tend to take following these type of incidents..didn't start this thread to offend, just stating my point of view..which I was told was stupid, and fell into a certain political ideal, and how could any sane, right thinking, american be against gun control..As far as too soon...within the hour, I was being bombarded by TV news showing me videos of bloodied victims of the bombings..subjected to 100s of who's, why's and how's..it was a male, female, middle eastern terrorist, home grown terrorist, etc,etc...everybody had an opinion, and the news outlets had to ensure I was given each one of them...turn the channel and you get more, turn on the radio and you get the audio only onslaught..pick up the next day news, and it's 3/4 of the paper...I'm not saying anything to offend the victims of this..sorry if you thought so..EmujoIf you don't see your question answered in the forum, please don't think it's OK to PM me for a personal reply...I do not give out firmware and/or manuals.Comment

It's utterly tragic that people were harmed by a couple of scumbags who read up on how to build a pipe bomb online and thought it was their way to gain notoriety and fame. I can't say I have to deal with the level of oversaturation that you do on the reporting, but maybe at least give it a full week before making sarcastic comments on the satire of how quick of a knee-jerk reaction America seems to be taking to everything lately. At least wait until both of the scumbags are dead...
Granted the above might not be the real case, it's still developing and nobody can say for certain. I'm not sure what you may have seen, but the girl I mentioned previously - Krystle Campbell - was tragically aware of the pain she was in before succumbing to her injuries. I don't think it's an appropriate time to be making any kind of comments, regardless of the context.
To be honest, I agree with the idea of your statement, too many quick reactions without a good reason.
I'd even go so far as to say let the gun-toting vigilantes at him, if it didn't entail a risk to everyone who happened to bear an unfortunate resemblance to this scumbag.Cthulhu for president! Why settle for the lesser evil?Comment

Re: Gun Control
The problem is there are no stats recorded for attacks detered by private citizens with firearms. If you can find some let me know otherwise public policy cannot be determined based upon unsubstantiated statements.
Please post a link to your story about the old lady.
Check some of the publications that will actually tell the WHOLE story . An example would be the nra news.
But, as I said .... you would not trust this site because it is not endorsed by the OBlameA administration ."The Serenity Prayer" . . .

I'm glad you concluded your post that way HenryT2. I've been pondering something here...
Why is it every American was shitting themselves in fear to call Bush an idiot, but nobody has any problems whatsoever criticizing Obama?Cthulhu for president! Why settle for the lesser evil?Comment

Re: Gun Control
Had to comment on the outrageousness of this statement, especially so soon after it happened. Did you know they're also using pipe bombs? Nails and ball bearings as shrapnel as well? How about the shoot out that followed at MIT with their legally registered guns they got without a background check? Thankfully one of the scumbags is confirmed as dead, the other one still at large.

Re: Gun Control
People were fearful to criticize Bush? Maybe you didn't have access to a TV, internet or social contact during some of his first term, and definitely his second term... Critics were everywhereDo for one what you wished you could do for everyone. - Andy StanleyComment

Re: Gun Control
Emjo, you are a POS! In plain daylight , you somehow think you are handing gun owners rights when 90% of Americans think you are a loon.
Shame! Shame! Shame!
You are redundant part of the 90s when republicans were strong. It is 2013 and you need to think beyond your feeble web post. POS and shame to comment on recent American gaves.Last edited by SalesServiceGuy; 04-20-2013, 06:00 AM.Comment
