IR105 Streak at top of sheet

Our ir105 has been having some problems, I have been told that it could be a number of things:
AP Kit Assy - Was swapped with another machine and the problem is still there.
Sep Assy - Again this was swapped and the fault was still present.
    Primary Corona - ?
    Pre Transfer - ?
    Belt doc feed - ?
The drum is relatively new and is not at fault.

I have a new cleaning blade (USW Blade) and would like a go at fitting it, can someone supply me with a link to a 'How to'?

    Many thanks.

Make a copy from the platen glass. If you can't see the streaks, then clean the stripe glass!

Thanks for the reply, but that was the first thing I did.

It has been like this for quite some time, internal cleaning / wire cleaning didn't help.
It has the streaks when printing fiery also.

What about internal service prints type 1, 4, is your defect present on them?

Also, how do I go about getting into service mode.

Just to be clear the machine does not have a service contract, hence me trying to fix it.

            Edit: Worked it out.

What type of page are we looking at. Is this a PG type 5.

                        Or

Is this a copy from the glass?

You mention you want to replace the blade, but.
You have swap a whole AP kit already?

Sorry I don't know what a PG type 5 is.
That was taken from the glass, printing from a PC gets the same result.

The AP kit was swapped and the problem was still there.

Never mind the PG type ?

So then its not a cleaning issue. Then there is no need to replace a cleaning blade.

What could it be in that case?
