    I will not say that CCD board is defective because you are able to get scanned image quality. I wouldn't say laser either.

    Is half of the image comes lightly?

    If yes, then you might have loose connection on the circuit board. First, check the CCD board and or after the CCD board where the switching IC is located for both between the scanned image and copy image. If you have the diagram you may be able to find it easily. Should there be no loose connection, then you have to replace the board where the image switching IC is located.

      Try replacing the High Voltage Unit and the whole Right Door Assy.
