    [CQ] canon D-880 prints ok/ blank copies when copying

    hi, i have this problem machine that seems to have one issue after another
    a couple weeks ago i posted a problem with a canon D 880 having no display
    with your help it was fixed (problem was on the main board there is a simm
    chip that looks like a laptop memory took it out and reinserted and problem was fixed
    I THANK YOU AGAIN)

    now it prints ,,,, but i get no image when using adf or on glass

    any help on this is appreciated ,AND AS ALWAYS THANKS IN ADVANCE.

      Try replacing the data cable to the scanner.

          Take a look at the laser shutter. If the shutter doesn't open, blank image. =^..^=
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
