I doubt there is any direct connection to opening the door. Perhaps its something to do with initial rotations....
1) You could have a seizing developer cylinder.
2) Possibly flat spots on the pressure roller.
3) Check inside the lens cover that some of the tape has not peeled back, obstructing the lens movement.
4) Chec the drum drive timing pulley. Dirt may be packed into the valleys of the pulley causing the drum drive to gallop.
5) The upper registration roller may have flat spots.
6) Possibly worn vertical feed clutches.
7) The screws may have backed out of the fuser flywheel.
8) The fuser drive clutch dries out, and vibrates loudly.
9) The registration clutch vibrates loudly.
10) The gear 18T on the copier body that drives the cleaning unit wears. Each tooth is worn to 1/2 thickness. (FS6-0127-000).
All these can cause blurs. That should keep you busy for a while. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

none of that causes you mention cause the problem. when i open and close the front door, the print out become blur, but after i have done some adjustment to the primary charge setting and the dev. charge setting, the print out became ok. but once i open and close the front door, the print out will be blur again. every time when i have done the adjustment to make the print out good, it will become blur again when i open and close the front cover.Comment

Rusty old cat
Blurry copies after door closed.
Try turning off potential control in service mode. If That stabilizes your copies either good or bad you know where to start.Comment
-
when you adjust the settings in service mode do they go back to where they were before when you open then close door?Comment
-
yes they go back to be blur when i do adjustment in service mode after open and close the door. but it is ok when i switch off the potential control, copy quality stable( but it is easy to get dark back ground if potential con is off) i tried to replace the potential sensor, but still didn't fix it.Comment

okay If the machine is losing the settings you change, then you must have a battery dead on the DC Controller? i have seen this before.Comment
-
the setting is not lost. it remain what i have set. i wonder if only malaysia,s machine has this problem. i come across few.
usually, when i have this problem, i will set the potential control off, this will help a little in copy quality.(but not so satisfied, cause dark back ground will appear)Comment

Its not clear exactly what you mean when you say the copies are blurred/blurry?
That sort of thing would suggest a problem in the optics (which is not really the case here).
I take it you could also mean that the images are fuzzy or feature poor quality in general, certainly a sample would help.
As a shot in the dark it does sound like something to do with the charge/coronas. Perhaps there is arcing somewhere between either one of the corona wires and the drum or the process unit and the drum. Maybe the DC controller is faulty.
Need a bit more info unfortunately. No, I will not send you Manuals, Software or your own little repair Genie to fix all your problems for you.Comment
