    [Misc] Konica Minolta C284e Duplex Paper Jamming

    Hi

    Getting paper misfeed when make double sided copy. Single prints are fine.

    Replaced the Duplex Unit, Fuser Unit and Exit Assembly but still same problem.

    Please also find the attached photo.

              If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
              1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
              2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
              5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                      Try to replace duplex drive clutch.

                              what is the actual jam code?
                              does it do that on LEF as well?
                              We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
                              The medication helps though...

                                                  Picture he posted paper is A4-R(SEF), it also jams on A4(LEF). Тhat is my understanding.

                                                      I think you might be confusing A4(letter) and A3(11x17) sizes.

                                                          There is a common issue on this series with the spring on the exit guide. You can fix it by trimming the spring a little to increase pressure.
