Did you know if I put a bigger HDD the machine will recognize it?
In my region I cannot find 320GB HDD anymore.

In a pinch I've used smaller (250GB) HDD, taken from an old 3-series copier, and it worked fine. I can't say for sure if a larger drive will work or not.

I think machine will format and use only needed space but you really have to give it a try as I can't guarantee.

I've used hdds ranging in size from 160 to 500 in the 4e series. i haven't played with the 8 series hdds as much, but am pretty sure it uses the same architecture as the 4e series. fdisk the drive and leave it in raw format if the copier can use the drive you will be able to format it.

Yes, and now I'm stuck on this.
KM BH C308 freezes in "two towers and dot" state while attempt to do FW Update.
