While normally I agree with you this case isn't just regular one.
Therefore some alternatives should be considered atleast I would. For example I know if machine isn't sold from local KM main distributor but imported second hand they can refuse you to issue CE password reset code. As BC mentioned without CE password reset code you're stuck outside CE mode. Not really desirable. But I guess it depends on Toxic's case. It's always better have plan B.

      Re: C227 boot problem

Nice thinking from everybody, i must agree with all at some point.
If machine is mine/leased i would go for most cheap good solution but in this particular case i got machine from customer who buy it from us few years ago and just one time buy black toner.
Now i see he used some replacement toners inside machine bought who knows where and in cases like that i mostly go for repair in "officially by the book " way.
For mine loyal customers i usually make the best and most cheap solutions possible in every situations.

      For @allan

        That's good information!

        Thanks Toxic. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

So only on the newer machines?

I don't know for sure allan but I would trust BC.

When try to boot firmware from usb it stuck on 3 pillars.
                Troublereset dont work.
                Selfdiagnostics procedure dont work.
Voltage 24V and 5V is ok on mfpb.
I think it is little bit over 100k counter but machine is from earlier productions (end 2016).

I would try replace emmc first.
                Some other suggestions?
Bad news guys. The print controller is toast. Its time for a new machine.

ha-ha. where did this imbecile come from. He has the balls to show up here and start posting on old threads. Looking at his answers the question should be is he a tech?
