    C3350i error message

I sold a few of these models before reading on this forum how bad they are.
Customer sent me the following message today. Any ideas appreciated. Thanks in advance

"We have been noticing a lot that the upstairs copy machine when printing things will pull up an error deletion in the job list. Stop printing right in the middle, and then starts to print the job all over again. Any idea what could be causing this? "

I'd start with firmware update, if up to date CPUB

You should ho to the location and check the mahine: Paper jam history, service call history, printer driver (universal drivers can cause lot of strange problems). C-2557/C-2558 can cause unfinished jobs.
Prepare new firmware, although it shouldn't be the cause.

I would call them to give me access remotely to PC from their network(to save time and money on visiting customer) then setup remote panel(if that is not setup already as we did) then go straight to service mode and first check TCRs, anything outside 6-8% would probably cause C-codes and machine will reboot to clear the error few times...then you know what follows shaking IUs, running high speed agitation etc.

If the device has a issue with the toner ratio in image units the device will stop printing then restart to try to resolve the toner issue.

When you go to site check the TNR % levels and check the error history.

Also updating the firmware will resolve various issues.

one other thing, make sure they are printing to IP address not WSD crap port 9100 raw is fine.
ive seen wsd do the same thing.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
              The medication helps though...
