yes I checked the manual...
I was wondering if anyone had had this problem and if there was an alternative solution, it seems strange to me that both machines have the same problem at the same time.
Thank you
Konica no longer sells the scanner unit to replace it unless you have a stock pile or used ones. one fix that works sometimes is by adding a 1mm spacer on the rail under the slit glass closest to the back of the mfp
Thanks for the tip, I'll try to see if it works.
the strange thing is that after picking one up and taking it to the laboratory, the defect no longer appeared.
As was already stated, it's a good chance the ribbon cables are the issue. It's a common problem with these machines.
Be forewarned, if you mess with the ribbon cables you probably will end up replacing them. They are super cheap quality and just removing the end from the socket on the main board can cause the conductive trace(s) to peel off the cable. I can't tell you how many parts machine we have because they weren't worth fixing after an attempt was made to fix the brittle and cracking exit unit guide plate and a trace peeled off the scanner ribbon cable during it's removal.
I just fixed a C3351 last week. It was throwing a C9401 - Exposure Lamp Lighting Failure. Swapping just the scanner/CCD assembly didn't fix it. I ended up pulled the entire scanner assembly off of another machine. Even after removing the ribbon cables as carefully as possible, there was still one trace that pulled away from the cable. Thankfully it didn't rip it completely off and I was able to press it back down. I inserted the cable end into the socket at an angle and by some miracle it worked afterward.

My Ricoh knowledge is slowly dwindling away at this point. Many things have been lost to time...
Have had to replace 5 ribbon cables, and one cis or for these same codes on de machines. Definitely order the two end connectors ordered above ,for each cable.
