Konica Minolta bizhub C224 jam code 3205 only from tray 2

Hello! I have issue with one bizhub C224 which jammed only from tray 2 - jam code is 3205. I see that pick up rollers doesn't stop rotating. When I try to print 1 copy it comes 4 sheets one after one. I think that this is the main problem - pick up rollers, doesn't stop to rotate. I change all the sensors and clutches in paper feed drive mechanism and the problem still persist. Any ideas where the problem is?

DO you have the same paper size is tray 2 & tray one ? if not swap the paper round & see if the fault moves.

J3205 is an exit jam so the paper has passed pick up.

Just to be clear you removed the complete paper feed unit and replaced the tray 2 mag clutches on back of unit?

Did you check the paper exit sensor (PS3, in reversal unit on top of right door)?
Perhaps the paper exit clutch (CL8, in fusing drive) is rusty.

            Good morning,
I solved the problem with jam 32-05 on many machines by replacing the gate switch solenoid. (A161R72644)

Thanks to all, this days I will go to customer and try this things, but I see no logic in any of this to keep the rollers spinning incessantly.

I agree with you, it is important to know, that you do not say, if in both drawers the paper is the same size and placed in the same position.

Coper rule # 1 , there is no "logic" with copiers. You have been provided some good FREE info, do what you want with it.

FYI, a dirty or bad clutch will keep rollers spinning, seems logical to me......

Firstly the size in Tray 2 was A3 , and was same problem, after this I change it to A4 like Tray 1 - the problem is the same. Now the settings in both Trays are same - A4. Jamming only from Tray 2 and pick up rollers doesn't stop to rotate. From Tray 1 and Bypass there is no problem.

If all else fails read the Service Manual!

If that fails, meet me at the pub and we will discuss it.

A little harsh don't you think?

His issue has nothing to do with the exit unit or solenoid or linked pdf, it's stream feeding from tray 2. Copyman is the only one who even came close to trying to help with the issue as described. So what do you think his issue is?
I don't see your point coming and delivering only justice upon what.
