    3070L bad cyan

Got some blue splotches showing up on prints occasionally. Opened up the transfer belt unit and found this. Guessing it's a bad cyan dev unit?

Replace the Cyan developer unfortunately it is the only solution!

Seems to be very low to me. dev was changed only a couple months ago.

Edit: we have a tech who came in to do it last time (I'm not exactly a tech just the in house employee working on the machines the most) and I have a suspicion he didn't run the adjustment procedures and just mixed in a little toner when reinstalling. I wasn't there so I don't really know. Possibly that is why it's overtoning cause it wasn't set up properly?

A cover of a developer unit has holes for ventilation. Sometimes they become clogged, a ventilation is impaired, and a developer unit unit becomes dusty. Try removing that developer unit cover and vacuuming this holes.

This here, the cyan suction vents are clogged. Clean the ports shown above and also the suction ports in the back behind the drum carriage. Also if it has been ignored, replace the filter box.
