    problem firmware konica c300i

    good evening I have a konica minolta c300i that after a firmware update gives me this problem and there is no way to redo the update....
    what can I do?

    We do see this happen occasionally.

    Just keep trying the update & with another USB pen drive.

        Try plugging the usb stick directly into the board. Follow the cable from the usb port on the side to where it plugs in by the network port and put your stick in there. This sometimes helps. Looking at the pics though, if the mfp download has failed your cpu board may have failed.

              Run controller on its own. Controller is for storage and printer is for cpu

                      Try tool for bootup issues, storage may be in read only state.

                            I have usually seen that message when you have a bad USB flash drive, or it was removed before cleanly ejecting it from Windows. The firmware update does an integrity check when it boots and can display this message.

                            Also it runs a check for firmware integrity when loading the real firmware from the SSD...so....

                            +1 for this idea. The SSD could be failing.
                            Worked in IT for 12 years from Helpdesk up to System Administrator. Now working as the IT Manager at a copier company for the last 4 years.

                              strgb is not corrupted I also tried to put one from another but it does not update the fw ...
