Have got 3 of this machine series that were working but all of a sudden came up with trouble code c3102. It turn out to be the fuser motor is not turning at all. Try to replace the fuser motor, Replace PRCB, Replace DCPU, trace 24v signal to PRCB and notice the signal came up at start and disappear before the motor could start or after shutting the front door, side door

Is the fuser able to turn? I've gotten that jam code when the enduser collects 7 or 8 accordians in the fuser ... stopping the motor. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Error
C3102 error code may occur during fusing roller rotation.
Root Cause
PS56 Heating Roller sensor not detecting the fuser roller rotation properly.
a. Clearance between the rotation disk and E ring is minimized to improve the rotation stability.
b. A fixing screw will be added to the PS56 holder to improve the positioning.
if you remove the oil roller from the fuser that has stopped that code on many machines.
it makes too much of a drag on the roller. you can tell if the fuser is really hard to rotate backwards.
it should be easy to rotate in both directions.We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
