    BIZHUB C250i POOR FIXING

Hello comrades, am working on the above but having a challenge of not fixing the copy.
The copy comes out but not fixed, the text just rubs off.
work around; 1. removed the fixing unit replaced fixing film, adjusted fixing temperature to maximum to no vail.
I have rebuilt the fixing unit but same problem still persists .
    upgraded firmware,but still no success.
    Any assistance much appreciated

Verify that both black & all colors aren't fusing. Had one last month that I was only printing black test pages. Ended up being the black toner that the customer bought off amazon. If I had printed a demo page I would have saved myself hours of time. If neither are fusing to the page properly it's the fuser. I've had a few like that lately.

The i-Series has had a rough time with fusers... There has been 3 revisions in our area of the world so far.

You will also need a new enough version of the firmware to make use of that switch.

Just replace it, don't waste your time. These fusers are garbage. i-Series New Fusers.pdf

There is a good reason why KM removed the expected yield number from the consumables by model pdf for all the 0i models.. because the fusers don't even make 1/3 of their expected yield 😂 Consumables by Model 11-2024.pdf

if you have not fusing properly you can turn on engine switches 35 and 57. The engine switches can be found under the advanced security settings. Service mode the press Stop>0>C
