Whatever you do? are you sure? even with a percentage of 0 the machines can still get the black just fine. check and make sure that it picks up toner and that you don't have a problem in the toner subdeposit, because if it says it is full and it is not, it will not pass toner to the developer unit and it will not pick up toner from the bottle.Field technician since 1994👍 1 -

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I am not going to give you the step by steps, but you can reference the follwing threads from this website for you to look through and make a call based on what your machine is doing.
Once you have performed some deeper investigation into your machine (not just tcr add / hopper fill) and have actually removed and checked the subhopper I am more than happy to offer guidance if needed to resolve the problem.

Almost certainly it's subhopper issue, as Slammers mentioned there are plenty of threads here and some excellent guides.A tree is known by its fruit, a man by his deeds. A good deed is never lost, he who sows courtesy, reaps friendship, and he who plants kindness gathers love.
