C368 Yellow light and only on top 1/2

    This is a strange one...

Only affecting yellow, partial print/light. I replaced sub hopper assy & y drum & dv unit due to a low TCR situation. The dv unit is seated properly and TCR Y is 6.22.

pull transfer belt and make sure the yellow transfer roller inside of belt is still in place. Better yet stop it while doing the yellow test, then pull the belt. that way you could see if yellow is on the belt..
Edit to add there is also a chance that the laser slit glass could be covered in toner/developer. After all if the TCR went low the developer had to go somewhere. If this is the case you would need to pull the laser(PH) to clean it properly

Absolutely agree that covers almost every possible scenario

ITB on this model is driven directly by the driving force of the transport motor. Perhaps you meant 1st transfer pressure clutch (CL5) ?

Maybe the yellow transfer roller in the transfer unit is not seated correctly or the spring has fallen out.

Did you put an original yellow drum in, or did you convert a black drum to yellow - if so, did you change the front end caps etc.
