This is the seperate scan feature, you need to turn it off in administrator settings, then copy settings I think. If you have the user manual just search separate scan, good luck!

You have to turn it off, then go into copy settings and change the default
Tip for the day; Treat every problem as your dog would.....If you cant eat it or f*ck it....then p*ss on it & walk away...

Set all the copy settings, separate scan off, etc, then go to user setting and under copy select "use current settings" instead of "factory default"

Just want to put this in here. This can be two things: 1. Separate scan on platen glass is turned on which will always do this OR 2. The copy mode is set to always have separate scan enabled and must be disabled permanently then locked in, in admin.

If on the glass it could also be set to duplex everything or offset sort or group is on by default. I had a tech call me the other day with a machine doing this off the glass and it was set to offset sort by default.. He changed the group/sort to auto and it resolved his issue

instead, to remove this screen after the copy has started? in my previous machine, after starting the copy, the screen returned to the main screen
