Movie data (Still Image Data) C300i

hello, anyone has a Still Image Data for C300i with microSD, just dont accept the "normal" movie and i cant find the Still Image Data it in KIKU

There's a firmware with and without hdd. If you scroll down, these a whole list of items you can download. Perhaps it's in there if you pick the one without the hdd. I could be wrong of course.
Why not have ssd in the copier?

i looked for that but no sucess ill look better today for without hdd firm.....tried to save ssd after 25% issues and no sucess and we change ssd to normal microSD because its cheaper and for this client works good with microSD, just wanna clear the message in the screen no movie

Format the ssd in the adaptor. I never had to replace the sdd for any problems. Always been cpu board

Found procedure on how to switch from SSD to micro-sd but doesn't tell you where to find the still image data . I will do more research when I have time.

exactly i made everything from that PDF and still cant find the image data for C250i i found for A4 machines and C257i i tried put the image that from that models and always says File NG

For what little it's worth, I don't see anything called "Still Image Data" (or find anything searching for "Still") on the North American Konica dealer portal.

yes, the firm version is AA2J0Y0-F231-GC3-RE-990

They mentioned but seem to forget to put still image data on site.

UPDATE: After talking with KM they provide me the image data for C250i with MicroSD if some1 need it can pm me
