That's not quite unusual - modern browsers doesn't like self signed certicates, because they are not safe.
Try to use Firefox and http protocol to log into copier, then go to [Security] -> [PKI Settings], then try to remove old certificate (if there is any), and create new one - but probably it doesn't completely resolve your problems.
You can use certificate from the link below - should be better than self signed. Go to [Security] -> [PKI Settings] then import certificate from file, password: 123

very unusual issue I have a bizhub 227. In Google browser after typing the printer address in the home network I get report of a connection error and I can't access the printer's page, in Firefox browser After typing the address in https format I can't access the page but when I type http it opens the page. Is there a security certificate issues and if so how can I solve it

Just to be sure, did you go back to the CE Password Reset screen, then press the Reset Code Input button, enter the reset code in the box, and finish with the END button?
