Sorry. I was doing too many things at once. I edited the post above, and just so you can see, here are pictures of both screens. I think they were both purchased new by the same company. We got them second hand.

Unfortunately, both codes are expired - probably few hours earlier it would work.
Please prepare new codes.

The entered CE Password Reset Request Code cannot be used due to the expiration. (MFP date in the code: 2024/03/29)
