Hi Jotunn,

I have a C250i which I have just replaced the CPU card and Storage board because they had failed.
I have done a storage board controller firmware update and normal firmware update and machine has been initialised, so the serial number is now blank.
I cannot log into service mode to enter the serial number because the 9272(x4) does not work.

Are you able to see if you can get a reset code if the serial number is blank? It still gives me a request code.

and how do you get into service 2 when it didnt allow them to login at all?

A previous tech must have changed the service password. I have tried 9272 4 times and twice, 12345678 all that were suggested on the internet and then I'm allow me into the service mode. Is there any way to bypass the password or reset it. I have a c- f a14 code and need to get into the service mode to take care of it but I can't get past the password. Thanks
