    Konica Minolta C558 paper jam

Hello, I hope someone can help me. I have an issue with my Konica Minolta C558. I’m getting a paper jam error in the fuser unit (misfeed detection 13), but there is no paper present. I removed the fuser and cleaned the sensor around it, but the error still persists. I also took out the transfer belt and cleaned all the rollers in the feeding tray, yet I still have no luck. Has anyone encountered this issue before?

Go into Service Mode, Counter, Paper Jam History to get the troubleshooting jam code.

            Exit sensor may be toasted.

Thank you for your reply. Do you know which exit sensor by chance? I see many exit sensors in the service manual. Thanks again
Also some recommend replacing the clutch
