[Jamming] bizhub C458 ADF Paper Jam 66-02

The paper is not being fed. As soon as I apply pressure to the top cover, the feed works.
I've already replaced the feed rollers and seperation roller. Does anyone have a solution for this?

You changed already the torque limiter of the sep. roller?
    Maybe this helps.

The top cover latches down via two metal pins. The one at the back probably needs to be bent down a tad so the drive gears mesh better. If when you press down on the cover you notice a lot of play, then try the pin.

..... Or make sure ADF top door rear latch hook isn't broken

Make sure the black patch by the slit glass is clean. That flips down and you can see it.

Dusty document empty sensor PS1. Clean dust from PS1 in the original tray.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
              1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
              2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
              5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I had to adjust quite a few of these pins on new out of the box units at setup.

This bulletin looks like it's exclusive for statement size paper 5.5 x 8.5 when using with mixed original feature?
