fwiw ive had to replace at least half a dozen DS boards with similar symptoms.
i found that if you unplug the HDMI cable from the DS board and boot up. if no codes the DS board is likely toast. if it does code out id just reseat the board on the mfp and try again.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
      The medication helps though...

It's not dual scan DF. Just regular DF624. Plus he did tried another DF.

does ADF show up in service mode at all? not system 2, i mean the main sm page
          any 24v at the connector?

              Hello!
Why did you change the MFPB battery?
What was your procedure after changing the battery?
Did you use any reset tool on this device?
But let's get to the basics, ok?
Perform a memory clear on this device and see if it enables the option in system 2 service mode and configure it again.

                hello,
the machine asked me to enter the printer and scanner serial numbers, the cause of this is a dead battery.
i didn't use the reset tool, i just entered the serial numbers and
                DIP sW 10 hex 02
i don't understand why the counters reset

Usually when it loses serial # all the meter counts are lost. I always use the reset tool with dead battery. I've even brought 4 series machines back to life without replacing the battery. Just can't turn machine off for long once you get it back working.

Perform the reset using the reset tool and all the equipment's default settings.
Using the most current firmware you have on hand.
Until someone makes a more recent version available here on the forum.
