[CQ] ineo+ 251i magenta all over the page

Hello all,
I have a relatively new (10k+) ineo+ 251i on RF firmware.
As the pic shows, it's printing magenta all over the page.
So far I've tried a drum and belt without any difference.
I'm thinking laser or high voltage power supply. I don't have either in stock and wanted to throw it out there in case anyone has a better idea?

Had this same issue on a C451i maybe a couple weeks after install, ended up being the print head/laser unit. However I would reseat all connectors for dev unit, print head and high voltage unit (behind main board).

ill check the connections and try a printhead. ill report back when i know more.

I usually say if you can feel the dev on the print its generally HVT and if you can't feel dev but the page is covered with a colour its usually laser that's as long as the drum and dev have been checked and have no issue.

You can try this. Put something like a piece of paper carefully into the place where magic wand should goes between PH(laser) and drum. Do the bird page and if it is all over the page again it's HV unit.

You can try pulling the hv and cleaning the hv contacts on the board with an eraser or gently scrap them with a knife . Some of them have an overspray on those contacts and it doesn't allow the hv to get good contact.
