Bizhub C224e top of the printed page is lighter

I need some help!

i have a bizhub c224-e printer and i have 2 problems with it.
1. as you can see in the attached photo the top of the page is lighter.
2. the middle of the page is creased (in one of the photos you can see a white stripe on the left side of the page)

1. i cleaned the transfer belt roller (the metal shaft too) so it got better, but not good

2. it creases the page up to about 140gr paper when i feed it from any tray. i suspect the transfer roller, but i can't get it out and i couldn't find a part number for it

no, i don't know what is that.

I cleaned the glass under the drum.

Yup, the Polygon Mirror Motor, inside the laser unit (print head), has a buildup of dust on the tip of each of the mirror faces. This is what causes the lighter output on the very top edge (rear side of machine) of all output. You need to disassemble the laser unit and clean the mirror surfaces on the motor

1) Remove laser unit from copier.
2) Remove top metal cover (contains the 4 slit glass windows) from the laser unit.
3) Inside the laser unit you will find another smaller metal cover, remove it.
4) Inside this area is the Polygon Mirror Motor. It's best to leave it installed in the laser unit, just clean the 6 very narrow edges (mirrors) as seen in image below. I've hightlighted the edges in orange for reference.
5) Reassemble...

it seems complicated and hard and dangerous, i'll do it tomorrow (with one hand with closed eyes)

That not the transfer roller. It's on the door and is sponge looking. Takes 3 seconds to remove. Your picture is of the registration roller. Transfer part number is A161R71433

What are the consumable life %'s. Looks like you need at least the K drum. Possibly other consumables depending on the counters. Once consumables are right do the gradation adj in service mode. Also the wand doesn't always clean the laser windows that good, make sure glass is clean!

Before I took the laser apart I would clean the glass on the top of the laser unit reinstall and test. If your not careful you can damage the mirrors on the laser.
