          Hi msfuser,
Print the device configuration from the user's print list; in the TCP/IP settings section, there is a MAC address of the structure
          00:20:6b:xx:xx:xx
          or
          00:50:AA:xx:xx:xx.
Gain access to CPU-B by removing the rear cover and compare xx:xx:xx with the label on CPU-B, which is always in the bottom right corner.

No they're telling you marketplace was already off before you advised it?

Case reported on Eagle machine not being able to get an IP Address.

After extensive testing it was discovered that the Machine's Mac Address kept changing randomly.

Case was esclated to Japan and it was determined that CPUB had to be replaced.

One should know that CPUB also includes the MAC Address that is usally found on the NIC and therefor the MAc Address can also change when replacing a Faulty CPUB.
