I don't currently have the ability to check the parts manual and grab you the the part number, but I thought you should know...

Those lift motors are essentially universal. If you have any copier from the 2-series on up that you could grab parts out of, just grab a lift motor out of any of them and it will work. They may look slightly different or be a different color, but any of them will work.

Did you try something simpler, like looking behind the tray to see if there is paper in the coupler? I've replaced very few of these motors, but I've remove paper frequently from behind the paper deck. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Hi, Are you talking about the LCT that sits on the floor on right side of machine? It's usually the white plastic gear that breaks but if you need the motor I should have it. Believe I have the whole gear / pulley assembly with motor.

          Thanks Guys,
Im going to swing by, to check for paper, when I fill paper deck up with paper it will feed paper, but when supply is depleated, the plate isnt lifting to bring the paper, up to the rollers. So it will read add "add paper" .

That sounds like an issue with the paper empty switch lever, not the lift motor. =^..^=

I agree with blackcat. If the tray lifts at all, you're almost certainly not dealing with a motor issue. I'd focus on sensors and related flags if that is the case.

Swap the paper feed units between the 2 LCC trays. I believe they are the same. Real easy to remove, 2 screws, 2 connectors, lift right off top of LCC's. If issue follows to other tray you know it's one of the sensors on feed unit.

The only issue I ever had with those motors is the coupling breaking off from the customer beating the shit out the machine, but that gives a very different symptom.
