Use a VOM to check the continuity on the large white connector. Blue wire is common, probe the two white wires and see if the bulb circuit is intact. Perhaps a bulb gave out, or the thermal "fuse" has popped.

I had this code. Got it back to the shop, unplugged the doc feeder, power up with doc feed code. Did trouble reset and plugged df back in.
It cleared both codes and back to work!

Yeah, sometimes doing odd stuff like that freaks out the machine to where it resets. Good general tip but the original post is from 2022.

I am facing the same problem. c364 is giving this error code but its intermittent. After trouble reset it works for few hours sometime for few minutes.

I have replaced fuser unit, working fuser unit from another machine it gave same error code then I realized its not the fuser.

I checked the side door switch its working fine.

Then I replaced dcpu the error code didn't occur. Kept the machine ON for whole day no trouble code appeared. Then for few days I didn't use the machine and when I turned it on it gave the same error code.

            Now I am speechless.

Is the fuser actually getting warm at all? If it does, then I'd monitor the voltage at the outlet when powering up the copier after it's been sitting long enough to have cooled off completely. Maybe the outlet is having a voltage sag that is causing your problem.
