    1250P ghosting or shadowing

We have a 1250P with 14 million prints. Drum, Developer, Belt, and Transfer Roller, Has been changed or replaced new. It is leaving a ghost or shadow like above the image not below. It is not the Fuser, because it is before and it shows up when we stop the print before the fuser.

How many miles are on the developing unit itself? If more than 5 million it needs to be replaced. Also check the cleaning input shaft and bearing (drives the cleaning brush in cleaning unit) The coupling will wear and the brush will lose it's ground.

Halos like this are usually developing related:
        wrong toner
        overtoning

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
