    The paper appears to stop in the exit area on the second side.
    I have so far replaced the exit/reverse unit, the adu assembly and the upper exit unit in the rh door.
    Its strange in that it will run 1-250 ok then the jamming starts and gets progressively worse.
    No Matter what I adjust it’s always the same.
    Has anyone experienced this?
    Any suggestions would be welcome.

    Thanks.
    Didn't had that but seems to remember member here from Australia battled something similar and it ended he/or another tech previously swapped unit from bh758 looking equal but not exactly.
    @rrrohan can you elaborate?

    Another thought: heat accumulation may contribute here for something to slow/drag enough causing timing issue.

      The medication helps though...

          Is the motor located in the right side door with the registration unit in it?

              Do you think replacing the belt would help?

                yeah 758 and 958 taking different units

                but there seem to be so many things that can cause this jam its inlikely that in his case.

                Funnily enough 3205 jam on a C759 is my first job tomorrow

                  the belt is fine, the plate the motor is mounted on may be skewed or bent and adding the shim changed the angle of the motor gear to pull the belt on the shaft not repel it.
