Bizhub c754 Data is being processed after data recovery

Screen is stuck on "data is being processed do not turn the power off" and has been that way for hours. Any idea how long this takes?

Sounds like you have a boat anchor. Ive never had it take over 5-10 minutes tops on a 4 series. What were you doing or trying to do when it started this?

update firmware . Seemed like the update went well and all said finished then reboot to error

Did you wait until the print button turned blue when you were updating firmware before you turned machine off?

You could try running the reset tool? That might bring machine back

I have a couple of donor c754 units. Could I use an ssd board from one of them to fix this? When we ran self diagnostics it shows pattern error on ssd

You can't use a SSD from another machine. I'm attaching a troubleshooting guide that might help you

I've swapped MFP boards from one 4 series to another with no issues. Just need to cleanse the board first (see attached). Also have used SSD with the MFP from another machine.

Have you tried to load previous F/W version? Did you try a physical format on HDD?
